神戶燈會。JP

Kobe Luminarie，神戶燈會是為了紀念1995年1月的大地震而建，是由義大利政府捐贈。

神戶市是日本第六大城市，為兵庫縣的縣會，人口約150多萬人，是日本古時的主要對外貿易港，市內有許多歐式建築。

1995年的神戶大地震，震央在離神戶約20公里的淡路島(Awaji Island, Awaji-shima in Japanese pronouciation)，為規模7.2的淺層地震，超過6000人喪失生命。
